We are a company building mobile homes on wheels and small houses qualified as additional dwelling units or laneway homes. The houses are made with steel carcasses that provide the most accuracy and stability creating light and strong structure within a fraction of the time.

2. All the drawings are on us...
Once the basik design is approved, we create a 3d model with visualization and furniture designs so you know almost everything about your dream home
4. Completion
When the house is complete we deliver it and install at your property. You are more then welcome to come during the construction process to check the progress.
1. Tell us as much as you can...
We prepare a sketch drawings based on your data. We work on the drawings till you are satisfied
3. Construction
We order the trailer and all materials including millwork and appliances. Once the trailer is ready, we pickup it and start assembly in our year-round workshop
